That was a famous cult, started by some guy who claimed you could hear preachings of the devil if you played the song Helter Skelter by the Beatles backwards. He called it Helter Skelter. How original.

 

 

 

Was Charles Manson's cult, they murdered a few people too, there was a movie made about it.

 

 

 

I think alot of the songs played backwards are crap, if you listen to them without the words more often then not it makes no sense at all.

 

 

 

The one I do like though, it isn't satanic is the Pink Floyd The Wall album when played watching Wizard of Oz.

THere's a song on The Wall, by Pink Floyd, cant remeber which one, that says backwards, congrats, u have found the secret message, send your address to po box...then someone calls roger to dinner or something and it ends.

Yea. My friend told me about that Dark Side of the Rainbow version as well. Obviously I laughed at him.

Some bands put the subliminal messages in on purpose.
