Ive been making 300x150 sigs in 24bit color and they always turn out huge. Is there anyway to compress them without spending moola on graphics programs?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

current, the only media-making related programs i have on my computer are MS paint, graphics gale, Jasc Paintshop Photo Album, and a couple DVD makers.

Use graphics gale and save as .png

or use ms paint and save as .png :lol:

It seems like your trying to save as .bmp?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

if so , thats your poblem. .bmps are HUGE just... way to big.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

.Png is best to save in.

depends on what program you use but in photoshop you can downsize them if you save it as a .jpg

Well actually it provides the best quality, for the file size anyway, if you export it as a GIF.
