September 22, 200718 yr 10k steels got me from 74-84 at fire giants, and I picked them up. At Moss or Ice giants you would definitely get 80 range with 50k iron arrows. He didn't tell him to range fire giants,he just used his range training experience to deduce a competent response about lower levelled monsters of the same time.
