Kiara_Kat
Post any corrections and additions for the Cooking skill guide here. Don't forget to include the subheading the correction is under/where the addition would go. Last updated 17-Aug-2006 [pokemama edit 7/15: all posts regarding burning levels have been removed. The guide states that the levels are approximations only, as the results vary too much to address in the guide.] Remember, the SEARCH button is your friend. Use it! Celebi
In the jagex's official knownledge base there is following info of the mud pie: Pie: Mud Pie Cooking Level: 29 Required Ingredients: Compost, Water, Clay Amount Healed: 0 Other Effects: Halves target's run energy You should the info about run energy in the cooking guide : [pokemama edit 10/8: thanks very much for posting, I knew there was something missing on that pie! :) However, we like to have confirmation from live players in game before putting something on Tip.It, as there are occasionally errors in the KB information (Jagex is only human). Could you check this with a friend, perhaps? Thanks.] FormerTip.It mapper | hello?

Could you check this with a friend, perhaps? Thanks.] These are the results: --- I throwed 6 pies to my friend: 1st pie: 100% and no skull! -> didn't hit 2nd pie: 75% skulled -> hit and took 15% away 3rd pie: 75% -> didn't hit 4th pie: 60% -> hit 15% 5th pie: 60% -> didn't hit 6th pie: 47% -> hit 13% --- Energy rise up fast so the results have small differences. It didn't half the energy, pie hit 15% of energy every succeeded throw. Pie is not so accurate, it don't hit every time, perhaps higher ranged lvl means higher accuracy? :-s So, what does this mean? The mud pie is not so accurate (ranged lvl?). It hits 15% every time. So mud pie s... you know what i mean... :x Plz give credit to Celebi123 and Leuven7. FormerTip.It mapper | hello? Feralmonkey
[hide=dispositioned]First time poster, long time player of Runescape and user of this site. Good news: Stuffed snake does indeed give 20hp XP: Grinding Monkey nut: 0xp Slicing Red Banana: 0xp Stuffing Snake: 0xp Cooking: 180xp Glad I could help contribute to this site, I've been coming here so long. It is nice to finally help out. I forgot to check xp the first time I made one so I made two more. I also found out they are un-tradable, but that is almost a given. If anyone is interested I once discovered exactly what brain-death rum does to a character, I can find my old notes or put my character's life on the line again to re-discover it. Just let me know! [pokemama 12/17: welcome to the forums! Thanks for the info on the stuffed snake. Since the nuts cannot be obtained after the quest, I've pretty much decided that it will *not* be added to the cooking guide. *IF* brain-death rum is available after the quest, the info might be a good addition to the Beer and Wines general guide? Thanks again for wanting to help - I look forward to more research from you!] [pokemama 12/18: all posts to this point have been added to the draft guide. Need to confirm roast and cooked rabbit healing xp from KB.][/hide]
InfamousDuck
Addition Healing I no on the foods it says how much the food heals your HP but i think it would be good if there was a table sayin all the healing amounts so it would be easier to find like the highest 1 so on... ~Dark~ Runescape - Currently In-active and a cancelled membership due to a broken computer and a cabbage laptop!2xBarrowsReward1600SkillTotalReached|08/05/2010(Previously 'Darkknightider', wow that was a bad name :p)
la la la
The guide says the level to cook sharks without burning (without guantlets) is N/A, but it is actually 100, as stated by Jagex when they released the skill capes.
pokemama
in the section pies, the table with the bonusses if you eat a pie, at summer pie you have to add it heals 10% run energy Jagex KB has same info - can anyone confirm? [crew] it's a lot easier to get over yourself when you look at intelligence the same way you look at beauty, or height, or eye color: being smart is easy, but being good is hard ... being smart is handed to you, being good is handed to *nobody*.
