October 3, 200718 yr Why do you want to range them? Green dragons are the way to go. Much better than either and blues.

October 4, 200718 yr Hmm.. so it wouldn't be worth ranging black dragons with a crystal bow and 90+ range? I would think that the hides alone will pay for the 180k charge, and opens the chances of a visage drop. October 4, 200718 yr Quality of these forums would be a lot better if people ONLY REPLIED if they knew what they were talking about...... Range is an excellent way to kill red/black dragons, you only need a decent rangelvl!! 85 and up +rangepots, crystal bow or cbow/ruby&diamond bolts will do the job. Below this lvl you have no business there, it will take ages to kill a dragon (also lfor ower lvl melee/mage)

Black Dragons have high Ranged defense and high HP. In the time it would take to kill 1 Black Dragon with Crystal Bow and 73 Ranged, you could probably kill 2-3 Blue Dragons. That would be better cost-wise. If you're looking for a Visage, Iron Dragons all the way. I know what I'm talking about, kthxbai. :mrgreen:
