Crystal bow is slow compared to rune cross also youll get prayer bonus which will make you use less prayer pots...so switch the 2 Crystal bow for rune cross + 1-2K Mith bolts ( or better bolts) ANd mage pots, dont bring, and much to bring? Well bring as much runes to heal throug whole process...and full pro? u dont need full pros, just get prosylte helm or netzinot as they give very good prayer bonus = makes u use less prayer....as leg and chaps u can use black hide....and also use ava's accumaltor But as shield u can use a god book, or something that gives prayer ( i got boodo shield) = Gives good prayer bonus....add me and ill loan u it. :D Inventory: focus on prayer and sara brews, dont worry about range pots or mage pots ( dont bring mage though lol) . Theres no use of range pots if u never make it there:/ but 3 range pots is good and i recommend that, and 18 super restore and 4 sara brews

But rune cross and bolts are better from my view....u last longer and thats most important to be honest...

It's a good deal better than Initiate, and still quite cheap. I'd suggest enough runes for at least 200 casts. More as backup is always better, of course, plus you can sell whatever you don't use after. But really, you don't need runes, just brews, super restores, and three range potions. I hear a rune crossbow with mithril or higher bolts is best - you can wear a shield (Zamorak book for prayer + attack), it hits faster, and doesn't degrade. October 5, 200718 yr Author I have about 400 casts so that should be fine. Degrade refers to a crystal bow degrade. I am using brews only for emergency. I feel as though I need the runes to keep my health up so I can guarntee enough super restores. The sara brews heal 60*3=180 but the runes can heal 400+. Of course I am goin' with the being hit at all by anything but mini 45s and 90s is goin' to kill me in one hit strategy.

If so how?
October 6, 200718 yr Author I died at wave 42 because the 90 and 360 were both on me and of course I had to keep mage pray on and I went through all three sara brews from the 90s atks. What was I suppose to do?
