October 7, 200718 yr Rune c'bow's are mostly used on boss monsters such as metal dragons so you could try those out with mith+ bolts. However, in normal training they are shockingand since the infinity shop update bronze knives are the best way to train. October 7, 200718 yr Dorgesuun Crossbow with Bone Bolts, you don't need to have done the quest and you can just get a friend to buy them for you. Bolts are only 4gp each and my friend can hit 15 frequently at 75 ranged, and it's pretty fast too.

October 7, 200718 yr I would either: A: Use MSB with Bronze arrow's for 7 ea. -You get an average of 4 uses per arrow ( 4 or 5 I think) -You average 40-80 Experience per arrow (If you pick up) and 16-30 per arrow( If you dont pick up) B:Rune Cross Bow with bronze bolts which are 1-3 GP last time I checked Hoped this helped [software Engineer] - [Ability Bar Suggestion] - [Gaming Enthusiast]
