acren
ok listen this is all i have to say: it is completly your fault because you could have banked 1999 red chins and realesed 1 to see it jagex is trying to make rs idiot proof while evolution is making bigger idiots evolution:1 jagex:0 realese means to get rid of let go say bye-bye to whatever you relese because hunters do that to train hunting fast especily stackable items... this is how jagex intends you to train hunting not sell... and i don't think jagex intended you to use them on ape atoll and that it was a thing that a player did to get max exp easy...(bye the way i added a cool pic) If you are reading this i hate you... acren
Jagex are trying to idiot proof rs, and evolution is trying to make bigger idiots. Evolution: 1 Jagex: 0 What did you think release would mean?, If your on a mountainside do you go step off the side becouse there "should" be a guard rail there?, without actually confirming there is a guard rail there?. This is why the player mod system fails, becouse jagex doesnt do an iq test before giving it out. i love this guys post lol and i completely agree. If you are reading this i hate you... Judging by the way you type, you should leave RS. Who says people purposely hit release all the times? Simple mistakes are easy to make and a confirmation screen would help everyone. People who say "Zomg jagex is idiot proofing rs and should be stopped" should stop and think, "How would you feel if an accident cost you days worth of work?". And IIRC Jagex already tweaked the chinchompas to be more fair.

Voldmort0
1.6M to train to 55 range? LOL what a waste :P Anyway, on topic, I support. Never happened to me tbh, but it'd be a nice way of preventing stupid acts like the one you said you did. Runescaper since June 2005Blog

spooferfish
Solution: remove their legs!! *You release the chinchompas* *they lay there on the ground wiggling* *you feel sorry for them* *you pick them up, and throw them at things so they explode* *you feel better*

ShadowKing
I agree with this. I'm going for 99 hunter and have around 14k red chins that I would love to have a warning screen for. It could be possible that someone is trying to sell red chins and gets a trade offer. Then, the person who's buying the red chins declines the screen really fast. If the person with the chins isn't paying much attention and right clicks the chins and accidentally clicks "release" still thinking it's the "offer-all" option... That would seriously be worst case scenario though. 100% support. Click for my blog :)

calum12
No other hunter item has a release confirmation screen. This would utterly ruin slalamander xp. Hmmm.... I need a new siggy, get round to doing it later. Probably.

lord_malace1
I support this wonderful idea. I have hunted a few thousand chinchompas and I can tell you for sure that I was afraid of accidently hitting release if I lagged or even if I just hit it on accident. I do think that this would be a good idea for those that are more accident prone like me #-o and even those who have less speedy computers.
