Whats the fastest way to level up hunter from level 44? I'm not hugely worriesd about profit or drops, I'm looking for best xp (in any skill, not just hunter). e.g. whilst atm i'm deadfalling [puncture]ly kebbits for hunter xp, I'm also recieving fletching, woodcutting and ranging as secondaries. Are there any suggestions as to an overall plan? I have no set target but it would be nice to be able to wear a spottier cape as a rough guide. feel free to give advice for all the way to 99 if you have a good method...

from what i've heard you should use salamanders til 63 then red chins til 99

use falconry once you could it is the fastest to 63

I did falconry until 59, which wasn't too bad. If not, you could catch orange salamanders in the desert. From 59-63, red salamanders, then Red chins the rest of the way :D .

I did orange salamanders until reds :D.

Falconry is a good choice, then red salamanders. However I urge you, don't use red chins until about level 66. The catch rate will be too low at level 63.
