best place to train for 70 str

does any one know the best place to train for 70 str for a non member because i need it really bad. so can some on please help out

Yeah, some stats would help. I'd suggest looking through the Stronghold of Security though. Flesh crawlers are quite good for training, depending on your levels.

if you read what i first posted it said f2p and secondly you might of got confused becasue i have 60 qp and some member stats but im not mem any more

Try flesh crawlers or giant spiders in the SOS.

Research them and take your pick.

Try the second level in the Stronghold.

 

 

 

Go west 1 set of gates from the treasure room, then go south into the room with zombies and flesh crawlers.

 

 

 

Try it there, you might like it :

Flesh crawlers and zombies on lvl 2 first. If you think their too easy, go to giant spiders on lvl 3, but if they're too hard and you don't last very long with a full invent of food, go back to fleshies. or, go to ice pleatau and fight ice giants; they have great drops and theres a cosmic rune spawn.

What do you mean when you say "best"?

 

 

 

Best loot, fastest exp, minimum food required, least crowded, close to a bank, least boring, etc?

 

 

 

for 70 str for a non member...

 

If all you want to do is train Str then you want to be hitting something

 

constantly. If you can do that and avoid taking much damage yourself,

 

then you can train for hours and hours with no breaks for food or banks runs.

 

 

 

You can do both of those things if you train on "lower" level monsters.

 

You earn melee exp according to HitDone*4 and not according to

 

the level of the monster. So, if you can find a place with crowded or fast

 

respawning monsters, then you can optimize your training exp.

 

 

 

As mentioned by others, try the Fleshcrawlers in the SoS.

 

You can certainly try other monsters in the SoS or elsewhere,

 

but remember that the fastest exp comes when you are constantly hitting

 

monsters. You can do that in the SoS while taking very little damage yourself.
