October 24, 200718 yr I have just gotten my first set of Dha that i intend to use for PC and also to kills the Gorrillas at Ape Atoll. What i want to know is what are my options for lowering my Hp and how to get it. i want to know this for mostly PC. I know you can use the unidentified liquid but it would seem to take alot of time to get them. In the past i've seen people eating something that makes them say: "ow i broke my tooth." and also something like "ow i burnt my tounge." from what ive seen those are the best to use but i dont know how to get them. so if someone could tell me that would be appreciated. sory for the wall of text. October 24, 200718 yr Author i've done all the quests but i just started playing after about a year of not playing. could you tell me what quest for the rock cakes? i'm thinking the nitro is the unidentified liquid, do i want to stray from that one.

October 25, 200718 yr Author the nitro was working ok, but there has to be a better way. i think that "ow i burnt my tounge" one is the answer but no ones seems to know what it is or how to get it.

October 25, 200718 yr Personally, I'd advice to just wear nothing besides whip, rune defender, gloves and ammy until you're on low health. Then put on your Dharocks and kill what ever you want to kill. Another tip is to stay near/kill the splatters, they can do a lot of damage when they explode. All the hp lowering stuff is slow/hard to get and you'll need a huge amount if you want to do some serious training, not even mentioning the banking you'd have to do to get them every few PC games. When everything's been said and done, more has been said than done.All skills 80+

October 25, 200718 yr I would suggest shying away from any barrows in PC. It really doesn't give any better exp than a whip or d scimmy. Instead of wasting your time collecting enough liquids or rock cakes or w/e, spend it on getting a fighter torso and then save money for bandos tassets. Use climbing boots, rune defender and a zerker or neitznot helm, a fury, and a zerker ring. All the best str bonus items, Helm: +3 str bonus Chest:+4 '' Legs: +2 '' Boot: +2 '' Neck: +8 '' Wrist: +4'' Weap:+66'' R Def:+5'' Total Str Bonus' = 94 + barrow glove str bonus. Its not as big as Dharoks, However, its the best str giving gear and you will be grateful to own it all. Trust me, I did PC for a LONG, you are much better off using a d scimmy, I am assuming that you are looking for str levels from PC. If not the bonus will be higher with a whip. (Correct any wrongful information I may have given) Apparently, my signature was to big.

October 26, 200718 yr Author Well i usually use Netzi helm D chain or fighter t d legs d boots barrows gloves glory D scim or whip i just got bored of this and its always nice to see yourself hitting 60s.
