icecube Posted October 27, 2007 Share Posted October 27, 2007 Extremely long, lots of failing of obstacles, confusing puzzle. May not be that difficult with guide, but still. 13_19_16 Posted October 27, 2007 Share Posted October 27, 2007 It's possible to do MEP2 with 61 agility, but when I tried it at 65 I got so frustrated with the handholds of despair that I went and got the extra 5 levels. The difficulty drops off steeply by 70 agility, so it's worth the little bit of extra effort beforehand. As for the original question, here is how I would rank the quests from easy to hard: Mep 1 (very easy, no real challenges involved) Contact! (fairly easy; be sure to bring a tinderbox with you as well as your light source, since the shadow mages can put out your light) Lunar Diplomacy (easy, but somewhat long) Mep 2 (easy with a guide, but fairly long, and the shadows in the temple can be dangerous over the time needed to solve all six puzzles) Dream Mentor (the fight is somewhat challenging) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I would have to say, its quite easy and I didn't come close to dying, however I hear of alot of people almost dying. So maybe its just me because of my defence level. MEP 1 is very easy. I still have to do the other 3 but out of them I hear MEP 2 is the hardest, and thats from a friend with a Quest cape. Apparently, my signature was to big. ddaanniiellh Posted October 28, 2007 Share Posted October 28, 2007 I think MEP2 isn't very hard...just long and annoying, you can do the whole quest easily with 60+ agility, and using only 15-20 sharks + ~3 ppots the entire quest. While during Contact!, you are under constant atk from scarabs, which could be of different attacks, and have to be on the watch out for traps...which may drop you to lower levels, which are nearly impossible to survive (I got dropped down, lost my light source and died in ~10 sec).
