knottypine1
I have a lvl 49 crafting and can make ruby jewelry, and a lvl 52 magic, which should allow me to enchant that ruby jewelry. However, every time I try, it tells me " you haven't learned the secret to enchanting ruby jewelry yet." What am I missing here? A quest? or is there an NPC I need to talk to? Any and all help would be appreciated.
Yagami
So, you're trying to enchant a ruby necklace? Do more in the varrock museum and gain kudos there, it'll soon become clear. I would like to get the most difficult 99 in the game to accomplish. which is woodcutting. because I had a drunken night in philadelphia and sprayed a fire extinguiser, evacuated a 7 story hotel on the philly stadium, spent the night in jail.. then got on level 2 prob & have to pay 50 a month because I have a job. It's their way of collecting more money out of me.

Warrager
You F2P or P2P? If you are F2P, you can only enchant amulets(which make strength ammies I think)....
knottypine1
I'm P2P, and I've tried enchanting ruby necklaces and ruby rings, the same way I've enchanted sapphire and emerald items. I get the same " You haven't learned the scret" message on both.

There are no restrictions for this enchantment so you shouldn't be receiving an error on the Rings. You only need to go to the specimen area of the museum and find a "clean necklace"in the rock. Then you show it to the npcs digging next to you. You can learn the spell while you have 0 kudos. The spelling and grammar of that email was that of an 11 year old palestinian goatboy who is speaking english for the first timeQuite simply, Facebook craps on Myspace. Then makes it eat the crap.
