I am a one defense pure training strength and my stats are :

 

 

 

40 attack

 

1 Defense

 

77 strength

 

66 hp

 

54 combat

 

 

 

And I was just wondering where the best place to train would be, I have p2p and all that so i was curious. I iheard experiments are good but im not sure what everyone thinks.

you get prayer xp if you do quests for experiments, so you cant use them

you could always go to fight hill giants, and since ur a mem, you can train near the cw arena on the lvl 52 jogres which arnt too too strong :XD: but you know if you train your defence, it wouldnt affect ur cb and it wont matter cause ull still be a pure O:) ( u can always be a rune pure :thumbsup: )

It would raise his combat level significantly if he leveled combat. Rock crabs are an idea, albeit a bad one. Hill Giants may be good, or hobgoblins across from the crafting guild. (Craft air runes, kill hobgobs, collect snape grass, tele back to fally)

TBH, I don't know very much about pures, but maybe get 50 att and make use of the Granite Maul?

experiments, im a former 99 attk, 1 def, 85 str pure, almost 100% experiments..you do not need to finish quest to get there, you will need food though, about a load every 3 hours

rock crabs are ok, i find that there aren't enough expiriments

dont the required quests for the experiments quest give about 2k prayer exp?

Yep. Just train on whatever you did to get 77 strength. I don't know what that is, but it seemed to have worked out for you :P

You need to do recruitment drive first, which gives you like 1k attack xp I think.
