November 1, 200718 yr They don't stack. Spiritual Rangers are not undead. Spiritual Rangers should be burthroped instantly. Why should they be burthroped? If you wear the right god-gear, you don't get attacked and if you only attack rangers that are engaged in combat with someone/something else, you get riskfree exp (and might get a few good drops too)
November 1, 200718 yr Two reasons not to do Spiritual Rangers: 1. They have NO good drops. 2. They hit hard, so you will have to pray, which means use of prayer potions. That's why they should be burthorped.
