Can you press Ctrl + Alt + del, click the "Processes" tab and tell me if there is a program called "Update.ex*e"(Remove the *) in the Image Name row? If you get and alert saying that the directory doesn't exist then you're probably not keylogged, if it loads up an explorer window can you tell me if there is an application called Update in there?
