You see someone, but they're running in a spot that you can't manuever to - to get in front of him. You'll have to run to him, he'll turn around and destroy you if you don't have that dead silence. August 3, 200817 yr you can crouch and be nearly unheard, dead silence is a waste of a perk 2 to me. whats your setup? i just use dead silence in clan matches with my buddy. it's unbelievably key in them. i usually use silenced p90 with jugg and d.s. or mp5 red dot with jugg and d.s. my 1st perks always depend if im on offense or defense. for clan matches i use 3 stuns, bomb squad, or claymores (not allowed 3 frags in what i play). August 4, 200817 yr ok so i'm trying out SnD but its pissing me off!!! people kill me with a perfect grenade throw to where im headed and by the time i get there 4 seconds is up! so then i decid to sit back a little and wait for them to come to me... they end up behind me and they knife me. can anyone give me a good setup to use in there please?

In my experience, it's overall better not to stoop to their level and try to spam grenade/noob tube. It's fun, and I still do it sometimes, but I've learned that I'd rather just have a good weapon setup with a nice sight and first perk than a grenade launcher. Just sit back and avoid the spamming, and then go out. Just use your regular classes, I guess. Don't ever use bandolier in Search and Destroy. Three special grenades works pretty well in Search and Destroy.
