Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare

I've only done a few missions on veteran but the one with the tv station in was rock hard (the one on broadcast).

Play One Shot, One Kill and No Fighting in the War Room... You will die in real life :?

Oh God, after playing One Shot One Kill I felt like buying an Alsatian and singlehandedly ripping out every single one of their teeth. Very end, where you wait for the chopper, I'm sniping several people as they come down from the chopper, then I run over to the bumper cars and hide, pick them off with an AK I picked up. It's all going good, about 1k to go. Then a dog comes out of freakin' nowhere and rips my throat out. I'm like, what the [bleep], man? Took me so long to do that one. D:

I took the chicken route... I hid in the ticketbooth by the bumpercars until pickup was here.

I found that was easy :D

I hid behind the bumper cars platform, near the radiation, and sniped people as I could see them, while having claymores clean up any opposition that got close. Only took me two tries.

I was going to eat hot dogs for dinner tonight. I think I will settle for cereal.

OPEN WIDE HERE COMES THE HELICOPTER.

My best one got me 10kills and me dead.. Gotta love car bombs...

...And hate claymores combined with C4

Anyone here managed to take down the tank guard that you have to crawl through in the first part of the mission? I managed to take 2 of the tanks and a bunch of guys down, but then I got killed. D:

EDIT - And anyone else find it awesome whenever he gets pissed when you do something he doesn't tell you to? In payback for getting himself crushed by the chopper, I ran through it again and did everything he told me not to. Funn when you sneak-theft the Intel in the container part, he says: "Well, you've certainly got the minerals."

*Can't do them. ;)

Maybe he just quit because he thought he had to go to the optometrist. Screen kept blurring up on him and dead people started IMing him.

I've managed One shot, One Kill on hardened, but theres a big jump from hardened to veteran I think.

Yes, there is. One shot and you'd die, and they swarm you.

heh I managed to beat all the ones on veteran fairly easily, except 1shot1kill, and the mile high club.

1shot1kill I honestly tried every strategy on the internet i could find with no success, so i got pretty pissed off, but then i guess i got lucky :D

mile high club was amazingly easy after I beat it the first time; my hands knew exactly what to do and when, so my eyes were basically out of focus staring at the screen while my hands took over. No lifeing ftw

Go to the east of the spot you lay down your partner, it's behind the bumper cars, but not so far that you get radiation poisoning or whatever. you also put C4 in the area of everyone so when the helicopter comes, you detonate the C4 and just run for your life.

i beat mile high club on my second try, as everyone knows its all about the flashes.

Quit Runescape... Dec 2001 - Jan 2008 on and off... mostly off.

what would be the best perks for the RPD? I'm lvl 21

A descent gun.

RPD is an awesome gun if you use it properly. I personally use it with Red dot sight, Stopping power, 3xNades, and either Deep impact or Last stand depending on what map I'm on.

Never use last stand, but other than that the perks mentioned above are good for using the RPD.

I use RPD for Hardcore only, with Bandolier, Sleight of Hand and Deep Impact. Good setup, little downtime.

I used RPD till red tiger then moved onto the M249 SAW.

*slap* we'll talk about this later!

No we wont. WoW loves me ... You dont.

I was always told that Stopping Power (and Deep Impact too, I think) wasn't very useful with LMG's because of the fact that they're already really powerful. And, it goes without saying, especially on Hardcore. Was I mislead?

I always use bandolier with my guns, except for my Search and Destroy class (when I make one and have it out).

And I always have red dot sight with my RPD. Or, actually, with any LMG.
