I think, even, if I ever die, and they stick me in a cemetery, and I have a tombstone and all, it'll say "Holden Caulfield" on it, and then what year I was born and what year I died, and then right under that it'll say "(bleep) you."

July 11, 200818 yr Hey, had CoD4 for a while but never got round to posting here. Lvl 46 no prestige. I'm on the PS3 so anyone else who has one give me a friends request saying your from tif. I don't play CoD4 all the time though. It's mostly Burnout Paradise.

July 11, 200818 yr What are these knife fights? They sound fun. Is it a PC thing, a game mode? Or is it a general understanding between the players that: no guns, just knives. A kind of "everyone agrees" thing? I think you can run it on consoles in preset games but yeah its something ive read about from the pc players of COD4.Its like the smacktalk weapon just knifing someone in the back while theyre on one of those mounted machineguns.In knife fights basically those games play on confined maps shipment or a modded map.I dont like the idea of this because it doesnt really determine skill but connection speed, framerate and a bit of luck on how teh game determines who killed who, then on those small maps which are basically a building they can have only one spawn point so they just camp them throughout :shame:. Edit:The duelist aspect of that is something which is better in pistol duels which is a matter of the quickest to turn around and aim at the head.I think they have default perks to make it more skill based like juggernaut and the pistol has to have a silencer to rule out that beast called the desert eagle.Seen a few videos of these on the COD4 section on infinity wards website and they look real cool.Lol I played a few knives only games with friends, it is not about connection speed at all, unless you're is the extreme bottom with 1 bar of connection. It is about skill, when to hit the knife button. If you do play one of these, do it on old school, jumping and knifing pretty cool. We did it on crossfire and on shipment (but only on the crates), I prefered the big maps... I play on a 360 fyi. [sorry for going back a few pages lol]
July 12, 200818 yr Just level 35 here, no prestige, but sworn RPD user all the way! Contrary to popular belief, if you just tap and not spray and pray, RPD's are pretty darn accurate! Lost count of the number of building campers and snipers I've taken out like that :D By the way, just a question, are P90's as cheap as marty and noobtubes? They seem more powerful than the other two, but I haven't seen a server which bans them, but I've seen lots of servers completely disallow the other two, or at least heavily discourage people from using them. I play on PC by the way.
