This lockout has already cancelled this yearÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s NHL draft which would have been a good oneÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæ and IÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m wondering what the possibilities of a Hockey season next year are and even the future of Hockey in America. World Championships start soon!!! The problem with the gene pool is that there's no lifeguard.

April 13, 200521 yr yes... sadly it seems like a past life when hockey season existed... Aye, it seems like decades ago that I was watching Tampa-Calgary. I've been pretty much lost since the NFL Season ended as the off-season is usually filled with plenty of hockey. It's a horrible thought of missing another NHL season.

April 14, 200521 yr I believe they will start the next NHL season just on time, they have all of summer to come up with a deal also more people will be coming out and complaining and wanting to change this whole ordeal. I do miss it a lot, there's nothing on TV anymore to watch. :(

Yea, but Steve Tambellini is, and he's been working by Gretzky's side for a few years now. He also lived 1 block up from me, and I went to school with his son ;). Hockey will be back, maybe not next season, but it will be back...eventually.

April 15, 200521 yr I'm to from Sweden so i hope they won't get to an agreement anytime soon, as long as they don't, we have lots of the good players here in Sweden. Sad for you Americans though.
April 15, 200521 yr hmm 3 Swedish posts in a row.. It's good for Sweden that the NHL is cancelled because we get some really good players to the swedish elitserie, although i think the NHL is needed for hockey to survive as a big sport. And you better watch out for Sweden in the World Champs, we have a strong team this year with ofcourse, the best goalkeeper in the world :wink:
