roanlo
why do people change their training spots if you want to train strength or attack/def ect... i know range and mage have exceptions but there isnt really any differnce 2 where you train. is there? :| only diffence i can guess is that you would use prayer and full dharok against really high level things?? anyone help?? :anxious:
Juader
Depends if you ice burst + red chin train it's for multi combat area :P as for melee you need a place with no popularity and easy killable monsters VIX VIX VIX

Freesia
Maybe there is a difference in the kind of weapons you are gonna use? Like attack and str, since you can't train str on a whip, you might need to switch to ape atoll temple (dh) or some monster that can't hit well (anchor) which you don't usually use whip against. Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.
ultimatballr
Well for str, with dharoks at Ape Atoll alter, you can get 90k+ exp an hour. Using super str and attacks and the highest str boosting prayers. You could do the same with attack and defence I suppose since they all can be trained with Dh, but I guess people see using Dh as more of a strength thing and att/def as something different like using a whip. So the 2 (str and att/def) get split up into two different ideas of training when you really can just do them all with Dh or at the same monsters you would train att/def with usig a whip only with a different weapon such as a d scimmy or anchor. I don't train str so honestly I haven't a clue why or how it would be different unless its the fact that d scimmy hits worse than a whip or the above reason about Dh being str related. Its all the same to me really though : Apparently, my signature was to big.
