Hi, I've just got back from a 6 month break from RS and have an empty bank. I'm thinking of RCing my money back but was just wondering what the state of the abyss is these days. Just before I quit there were an obscene amount of maxed rc pkers (i'm 119 cbt.) I couldn't go say 30 minutes without coming across one and I let them get me more angry than any intelligent person should :P . What is it like currently? Thanks

There are millions of rc pkers on every world.

hm, i would not say it is that bad ... maybe it depends on your timezone.

O.o i'm 121, and i get attacked maybe once every 4 hours

 

 

 

I've died twice from 75-88 rc (ever since the abyss came out), and i don't even wear armour. Idk how you meet so many pkers unless you rc on like, world 70 or 18 or something.

 

 

 

To answer your question, it's the same as it's always been - ie not too many pkers in our range, but a ton in the 90-110 range.

Thx gun_hippy, yeah I run no armour with a tele, it just seemed that there were getting to be a ridiculous amount of high level rc pkers before I quit. I can handle one every few hours though, i'm fast on the tele so i've never been pked, it's just the inconvenience that irritates me, I think I'll give it a bash. :D

They are usually lvl 90-100 and I have noticed a lot fewer lately even though the wilderness players before monsters update

From what my friends tell me they are not running into many rc pkers. They are central time, and come on at about 8PM, if that helps at all. I would say nature rcing in the abyss is quite effective at the moment.

I personally get attacked loads when I Abyss RC, but then I am 85 combat. As the other posters have said, there are very few Abyss RC Pkers that are high level (110+). The majority are high 80s to mid 90s.

I used the abyss once in world 18.. and surprise... no pkers there.

I might suggest doing the ZMI alter on world 70, depending on your level it can be decently--if not incredibly profitable.

i just came back from a nearly 5 year break from runescape...whats the abyss and what are rc pkers lol

rcing is runecrafting, abyss is like insta rcing almost ( with good equip) and rc pkers are there to make you mad and want to kill anything that moves in the wilderness :D
