November 14, 200718 yr i was wondering because i can't cut them in tai bwo wannai... why? it says i need to help villagers.. i have 100% favour, done tai bwo wannai, jungle potion? what's the matter???? do i have to have that 100% mark in upper corner..??? it feels just so strange ^= do i have to be in the mini game. November 14, 200718 yr You need the trading sticks, talk to villagers that hold sticks to get sticks. Also there is a teak next to castle wars (south/west).

IIRC it says: You can't cut these trees You should help the people in the village You should leave through the gates back to Tai Bwo Wannai VIX VIX VIX
November 14, 200718 yr You can get sticks by selling shilo gems (topaz, jade, opal) to one of the tribesmen for a good amount, really fast. I'm not sure why you can't cut them. Try doing the mini-game again and trying once you're in it?

November 15, 200718 yr Have you tried talking to the npc that allowed you to start the tai bo wannai minigame? Maybe that could give some clues. Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.
November 15, 200718 yr Author Just so you know, there are other places where these trees can be found as well. Yeah i had to go so i forgot to report it.... I chopped them in kharazi jungle :) first time i found only mahogany tree :P VIX VIX VIX
