There are different columns like replies, views and the poster. You could click on the label and be redirected to the same page, except that the posts are shown in order based on that column. Ie. you click on the replies column, and are directed to a page where the posts with the most replies are at the beginning and the posts with the least are at the back. That's kinda the way it's supposed to work. If you wanna see by author, just click on their profile thing, and by date or alphabetically? Maybe if this was like a catalog or something... :?
