But I got 26,990 bars. 1080 x 5 = 26,990, But I'd recommend making iron knives instead, if you're a member for the most Profit, and Ranged exp. agira Posted November 26, 2007 Share Posted November 26, 2007 i need to make 5398 Iron Plates for level 70 smithing!!!! how many bars is that? and hwo do i get answer Iike i know normally it people learn in basic classes: Knowing then 1 plate need 5 bars is, if you want to count without calculator: 5398 x 5 is aproximatelly 5 x 5 = 25 [ 5000 x 5 = 25000] 3 x 5 = 15 [ 300 x 5 = 1500 ] 9 x 5 = 45 [ 90 x 5 = 450 ] 8 x 5 = 40 [ 40 ] then just sum all 25000+1500+450+40 = 26990 Same you can do with calculator :) You need just almost 27k of steel bars, what mean then you need: 26990 - Iron ore 26990 * 2 = 53980 coal ore or: 26990 * 600gp = 16194000gp (16,194mil) to buy it counting 1 steel bar 600gp each.
