what is the drop rate of pouches from the abyss monsters..and shall i use a ring of wealth to help get one?

You could try with a ROW, and it's one of their rarer drops.

Load up ancient magics and blast them in packs with that ice spell. Replace your pouches in 10 min easy.

I just can add then you can access abyss by fairy rings, but this part of abyss is not connected to runecrafting altars or regular abyss but you meet same monsters as in regular abyss, i think it good place to get pouches without any risc to be PK'ed traveling to abyss.. because then you don't need to traver throught wildy and you can get best your stuff then :)

Well I don't know the drop rate, all I know is when I entered the Abyss with help of the zamorak mage, I killed 4 Abyss and got one pouch.

I go to the fairy ring abyss...and it has never taken longer than 10 minutes to get a pouch, and that is just killing the abyssal leech that is just to the SW of the ring over and over. I don't even bother getting pouches repaired, I usually drop them and get new ones. Oh...and I don't wear ROW ( for some reason it seems to have opposite effect when worn by me)

Its really easy. Just take a pray pot or two. I used iron knives and got all 4 in less then 10 minutes. Protect from melee and focus on the lowest lvls.

I did the same thing as well, it's really fast killing the leech there (as said).

 

 

 

I got all 4 of mine in around 18 minutes.

killing low leveled is fast
