Though I wouldn't go as far as calling that "basically nothing". So like miracleman said, try and get some more sets. I like the strange fruits though, so you get a 7/10 from me. Best Def. in the game+Fury+Guthans+Barrows gloves, your the ultimate pk'er, monster hunter, barrowser, etc; you name it. 7/10 Go for for Veracs+Ahrims, Karils can be subed for Black D-Hide IMO.
