myself117
So, its been a few months since I've been a member, and now that I'm back, after the grand exchange and the dueling arena changes, I was wondering whats still profitable? I used to do barrows but I see the prices are dropping What are you guys doing for some good cash flow these days? BabyPunchers
Barrows is still fairly decent money. But Avianese slaying is the new thing. Prices are dropping there too though. But both are good colid ways to make money. Thanks to all those who have messaged me concerning a revamp of my Range-Slayer guide. Because of you all I will start rewriting it asap.[/color] Formerly RobinHoodie.
atronic92
I like barrowing for cash. I've also heard that the God Wars Dungeon is very profitable for near max combat players. samari81
If you think about things Inflation currently is affecting all items So no matter how bad some things are for profit You're still making the same in a way Say you do barrows to buy raw materials You get a few barrows drops sell them and then buy the raw materials Barrows has dropped in prices but so too have the majority of raw materials. Therefore you're not actually losing anything Hope I've helped Help me starting out again - Give YOUR advice! If you're collecting in game "hyt's" send me a message here or in game :D
myself117
so basically the coin is losing its value. gotcha Goals:Str: 86/90Hitpoints: 85/90Fletching: 96/99Fishing: 74/80Prayer: 61/70Woodcutting: 82/85Magic 80/
atronic92
Actually, the GP is gaining in value, e.g. one GP will buy you more stuff than before. This is because prices are dropping. 1travino
well if it takes less gp to buy something, then the gp is worth more.
icecube
I don't really think deflation can be applied to our entire economy. It's mainly the supply goods (ores, wood, herbs, etc) that were affected because of the surplus of these items that became visible when the GE was introduced. Other items were affected much differently. For example many barrows went up in price due to demand for whatever reason (Duel Tournaments helped). Other items went back up in price as well, like Dragon Chains and Bandos/Amardyl.
