Should I supercompost?

only if you want exp

It gives extra xp, and helps to prevent disease. When a farmer is watching your crop it can become diseased just the same as if you were watching it. The only difference it that the farmer will cure the disease, but it increases the time that it will take the crop to grow.

I would suggest using super compost all the time. When you have the appropriate level, I would also suggest making your own by using Pineapples, Watermelons, etc.. on a compost bin. In 1-2 hours it will be ready to use. This is definitely sometime to get in the habit of doing before you log off.

You gain 26 exp for putting a super composite, but the time saved from disease is insignificant, so it's really up to you to determine whether the exp is worthwhile.

like most people say, its up to you, however if you have a few k supercompost sitting in your bank then why not? ::'

I'd say it's only worth it if you make it by yourself. Remember it doesn't only give exp by itself, but it also improves the yield of allotments, hops (sure, as if you were planting hops) and herbs, so I'd do it, especially since you are getting your own pineapples.
