Kill_Life
Hey all :) Felt like making one a while ago, so here it is: The ground is plain, yeah :XD: Give comments on it please, the chance is high I won't change anything here, but I'll use it if I make another one. Thanks :P "A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do"[Currently playing: K1ll L1f3]
pomar1
1. Which ur signature is it? (first, second.... 43th...?) 2. This armor is "un-usable". In real it is impossible to wear it. Find on google graphics "Armor" and try to learn looking of it. (Good work any way) 3. Sword is quite nice 4. And last, find on google "Anatomy of human". Try to learn how to draw human body (hands/arms and torso.) Anyway I think its not so bad, so I will give you 4/10, becuse you are trying, meaby not best resoults, but still learning =D> ----TheLair Game!----"Game isn't dead... You wish!" Kill_Life
1. Like 5th :) First 2 were really nooby :XD: 2. Searched or Google for images on platebody/helmet... I stopped at page 10, since all I found were Runescape Pictures  And knight didn't give me the results I wanted either... 4. Yes, anatomy is something I have to work on. Thanks for the comments :) "A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do"[Currently playing: K1ll L1f3]
terley
I think you would get more out of trying to pixel one single thing, a character, object, whatever it may be because this is potentially a very detailed signature with the amount that could be seen behind. Too much to anyone to go into without a stronger knowledge of depth, proportions, perspective. You've got the general jist but I think you bit off more than you could chew. All in all making this seem a bit empty. I think you'd benifit in finding as many images to help you with what you want to achieve, if you're going to pixel a character in armour, search 3 or 4 images to give you an all round idea of how to go about it (may not be easy when you just type in armour because today armour doesn't tend to mean the whole medieval gear you have on runescape, you'd get more images when you're more specific). For the background just search for a pretty lifeless scenery for inspiration. for example. well you get the drift, but what you've got so far is definately on the right tracks you obviously went about this in the right manner, and you're choice of colouring is better than some (very pleasing on the eyes) But this could do with some more contrast, its dark, the only light sources should be the moon, an overall bluish vibe from the sky and maybe slight hints of the lava since it emits so much light. kemikalkadet
you've got the basics of shading down quite well, and the dithering works quite well.. although you should define where your lightsource is coming from, right now it looks like the light's coming from the centre of the sword blade. Also, the perspective is a bit out.. the people in the background wouldn't fit through the doors in the castle as it is, and they're further back than the castle so they'd look like giants if they were standing on the same plain. def. some potential though. did you hand draw the lettering? it looks really good. amitoz
I think it's very good for 5th. GJ! 8/10. Come to my Clan chat (I'm there if I'm online) if you wish to borrow a Green H'ween mask, Blue H'ween Mask, Red H'ween Mask, or Santa for a reasonable price. Lovelydude
Perhaps a more relaxed and less symmetrical pose?
Aussie_King
Lovelydude <3 I think it's good for a start, I like the shading you've managed on the sword, and the detail in the background is pretty good, for your 5th. I think this is pretty good for a fifth pixel, but a little more shading in some areas, the church, lava, etc. And maybe make it more relaxed, try using Lovelydude's scribbling, colour it, shade it, give it some texture and depth if you can, and post it here, we'll see how well you've improved from the tips ^_^ Add me ingame: Lnterest. I am back.
