hellhounds, btw lvl 3 clues are worst money maker, try lvl 2, i find them having almost every 1/2 clue a tt item, in lvl 3 i get ~ 1 item / 50.

 

or do lvl 1s.

Same goes for Abberent spectres... but they require a Slayer lv.

Jellies! Thats what I use to get clue scrolls, also iron/steel dragons drop em fairly often.

 

 

 

P.S - Jellies do require 52 slayer i believe
