hello everyone! i appear to be having a problem. i'm not sure where this thread would belong, but the help forum seemed like a good place.

 

 

 

 

 

so, i just bought membership for runescape with the paypal express method. paybycash said it may take awhile, but the last couple of times i've bought membership it only took about 30 seconds. it's been 12 hours and i'm still not a member.

 

 

 

has anyone else experienced this, or can someone give me an estimate of how long i'll be waiting?

It being christmas, well yesterday, and possibly still for some places around the world, Jagex will work rather slow due to well... holidays. They're humans too.

yes i considered that but, they do have a 24 hr service right?

i contacted customer support, and apparently paypal hasn't sent them my money yet...

 

 

 

now i have to go and figure out what's taking so long with them...

do something else untill they get ur membership its not like runescape is ur life (righT)?

You should have just used a credit card though the runescape site, its instant and easy to do.

 

 

 

For how long, I'd just keep waiting, if another 12 hours pass and still nothing cancel the money and re-do it.

I just used paypal and paybycash and it took 5 business days (as it says on the paybycash website).

 

 

 

Bizarre thing is that I got instant confirmation from paypal and so decided to talk to the paybycash customer service. It took them about 1 day to respond to each of my questions but in the end, I got membership approximately 5 business days after I ordered it.

Yeah, sure the graphics are great, but the plot just sucks. Sorry for the spam.
