I'd say Saradomin Sword is better for training, but Bandos Godsword for monster hunting.

 

And Saradomin Sword and Saradomin Godsword are two different weapons :)

the fastest strength exp would be with an obby sword and zerker neclace or dh at the ape attol moneys

My brother has Sara godsword, and I must say, I think it is the BEST weapon in the game generally speaking.

I think bandos it's better, special hits high and the price it's fair
