Personal defense

Featured Replies

I used to practise Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu (the ancient self defense of ninjas  ) But I had to quit because of military training and haven't yet to go back for it.

Nowadays I do alot more weightlifting that I used to do, I think it's great for self defense because if you look big nobody dares to try to get trouble with you and you are stronger too (doesn't help much if you dont know how to puch tho).

Never got in a serious situation which I had to defend myself tho. Very close ones have occured but all I have managed to cope without fighting (speaking myself out of the situation/walking away). I'm a kind of pacifist you see =; .

Reality is hundreds of times more beautiful and more interesting than delusions. Fairy tales just tend to be easier to follow than the wonderful intricacies of life.

I carry a knife but not for self-defense. It is just for opening things and such. I doubt I would ever even try to use it in a fight because I would probably just end up getting arrested.
