Take a tinderbox and fill the rest of your inventory with food. And then light one of the logs that spawn outside the bank. You need to walk out of the little fenced area, I tried this method. However, at G E, the most you'll need to walk is one square. However, yes, you'll need to sacrifice 2 inventory places.
