Al-Kharid has the closest range to the bank.

 

 

 

Or you could go to Lumbridge bank. Take a tinderbox and fill the rest of your inventory with food. And then light one of the logs that spawn outside the bank. I think this is closer to the bank then Al-Kharid but you'll lose 1 inventory space, people pick the logs up and on a fire you burn more.

either that or go by the dueling arena, where you don't have to walk at all. although you will loose 2 inventory for logs/tinderbox.

You need to walk out of the little fenced area, I tried this method.

 

However, at G E, the most you'll need to walk is one square. However, yes, you'll need to sacrifice 2 inventory places.

 

 

 

On second thought, if you want a range close to a bank, are you f2p or p2p? :?

I think at Bounty Hunter you can make a fire directly under the bank... but the bank does move around a bit so it might be a pain getting to it :P

Many people burn logs there so you most likely wont have to "sacrifice" two inventory spaces if you go to a popular world.
