agira Posted January 7, 2008 Share Posted January 7, 2008 Just minimum to fit in hiscores exp all the time increases, people train skills all the time and if you don't train it you go down in rank then. My rank is always moving up, because you can't settle for dropping off a highscores list, it's unconstitutional and immoral to let that happen.... If in the end you do drop off that list, you can always remember that you have that Mcdonalds paycheck being direct deposited into your paypal for runescape membership which is approximately due in 10 days.
