My way to a visage.

Featured Replies

I'm killing around 750 black dragons with around 170 killed, is this a good way with my goal: Visage?

I bank the hides because i'm kinda poor. I can't do Metals because I don't have any experience with them and if I don't get a visage, i'm pretty much bleeped :ohnoes:

So is this the good way for me? I use mith bolts and I range them in Taverly Dungeon.

Thanks0

Black dragons aren't very known for their visage drops (as in low drop-rate)

The Metal Dragons are a lot better. If you go fire strike Steels you can still pull a profit and get some mage expirience to boot. In addition you might even get a few dragon platelegs or plateskirts.

Looking for someone to teach me how to Armadyl farm - pm me

I'd say fire BOLT not fire strike. Its a cheap spell and a skirt or d legs can pay for a trip.

Apparently, my signature was to big.

I know there is a way higher chance of getting one there but the supplies cost to much for me.. Prayer pots is what i'm mostly talking about. With black dragons I don't need any supplies except bolts.

If you mage them you only need anti fire pots and runes. No prayer pots needed. Even if you range them you do NOT need prayer pots.

Its easy just bring mage boosting gear (eg. ahrims, infinity boots, seers ring, or just simple mage robes if you want), then bring this inventory

Chaos Runes, Air/Fire runes (depending on what staff you are wielding), 100gp, Rune axe, 12 Antifire pots (4), 50 high alchemy spell runes.

OPTIONAL: The runes for the spell vulnerability which reduce the dragons defence by 15%. --- this makes it easier to kill the dragon.

When you enter the Dragons lair, drink a sip of anti fire pot, and stand a reasonable distance away frmo the dragno you wish to kill (steels are more profitable because you hit the same on them than on irons with mage and they have a higher drop rate of Visage, Dlegs, Dskirt, DMed, Dlefthalf..then pot up when necassary.

I think it's a good way. You can bank a lot easier, plus you get hides.

I bought 20k cannon balls to use at wyverns. I love the cannon, fast kills and I don't have to do much :P

I am not a skiller, but i do some skills.

You should try and kill some avvys, I hear there great money makers, around 500k+ profit per trip.

I agree. I've made over 500k of steady profit off black dragons. I've LOST 500k at metals.
