He is 111 Combat, 75+ range, 90+ mage, 69 prayer. Please help. Oh, and not 70 agility. Celestrana Posted January 8, 2008 Share Posted January 8, 2008 Do the Watchtower quest and you'll unlock the Ogre Enclave area. It's one of the better Blue Dragon areas and it's usually not over crowded with people like in Taverly dungeon. Just make sure you have a nice large supply of Nightshade to get pass the Enclave guards.
