January 9, 200818 yr flesh crawlers if you arent paying attention and would rather do not alot of work, imo i think there are too many randoms... you can try the lvl 45 skellys beside elvarg, its where i have been training, got lvl 70-91 str there...

January 9, 200818 yr since u have a good defence level, i suggest you do the zombies in vl 2 stronghold of security. they are aggressive, and have more hp, but liek fresh crawlers, they have no good drops, sory. [If you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.]

After 15 minutes or w/e, they'lll stop. Run away, and come back. January 9, 200818 yr Ever you tried new wildy after update? i think in new wildy possible to find some worth hight combat monsters:) Suggestion: You can use Anchor on Waterfiends - is cheap if to compare to GS & effective with crush attack & it hit like Whip.Visit my exp track

January 9, 200818 yr personally im f2p as well and i train on giant spiders lvl 3 dungeon of security...best and fastest xp..they hit a max of 7, rarely. no drops though and they auto attack you so you can afk them. they give 200Xp per monster and ive done a minimum of 40k an hour...so yea in my opinion they are best :thumbsup: [Thank you very much Skull_Emblem For the Beutiful Sig And Jopie for doing the Text]

January 10, 200818 yr Author monsters that i think are good to train would be giant spiders in stronghold lvl3, moss giants at crandor and ice giants south of port sarmin... ill train at all 3 places as i get bored of training at the same place again and again. \ Any one disagree with monsters? January 10, 200818 yr For purely the fastest I'd go the spiders...everyone seems to rave about flesh crawlers but i don't like them. Too little hp = u don't hit your max when u really should = less xp for you. Ice giants/warriors are solid xp combined with great drops(for f2p), + u also get prayer xp. As the last poster said, i tend to change between a few places when i get bored, usually switch between ice caves, spiders and lessers/skeles at karamja.
January 10, 200818 yr I train on giant spiders Flesh crawlers and zombies may be your second choice - you choose :) No mossies - there are only 3 in Crandor = heavy competition. Presence of rocks = safe spots of rangers Wilderness spot = reverants = poison (not sure whether it poisons in f2p) + tb + entangle + hit high = bye Similiarly, ice giants in wildy = cya. ice giants in ice cave (that one with skeletal wyvern) = competition again as there are safe spots Crandor / vocando = filled with noobs using safe spots = BYE Currently taking a break from Runescape
