I played it a bit at my friends house, and its absolutely incredible.

 

 

 

The graphics are so good, its hard to tell apart the cut scene and gameplay graphics.

 

 

 

I was hooked from the first cut scene(I would recomend checking it out on yt, no spoilers in it)

 

 

 

Lately game companies have been in the habit of making games where you play through even the cut scenes. This one is similar, and I could see this being a full blown movie. Its basically Indiana Jones, in modern days. The voice acting is pretty damn amazing for a game aswell.

 

 

 

If you havn't gotten this game yet...well...lets just say you won't have anything to do on your ps3.

Ive heard this is better than ratchet and clank which is one of my favourite games and exclusive games on any system 2007 and is what tomb raider should have been.Still yet to buy it but i will play it eventually,im more interested in burnout paradise.

Imo, its only a tiny bit better then Ratchet and Clank.

My uncle has it and with his hi-def set up this game looks beautiful. I havent played too much of it but next time I visit I really want to finish the game.

Yes - completed it 2x (once on normal, once on hard, now trying on the hardest setting). It is truley amazing, and I know that every game says this, but the water graphics alone are enough to buy the game. It has 10/10 on looks, gameplay and plot, and in true naughty dog style, there are tonnes of extras to unlock even after you've finished the game on the highest setting (which is not easy, this is not crash bandicoot)

Im now borrowing this of my m8 and it is amazing, i am blown away at how gd the graphics are and the german u-boat at the start is crazy.

Ive got the demo from the PSN and it seems awesome. The graphics are first rate, and the gameplay is a great cross between tomb raider and gears of war. The only reasaon im holding out on buying it is because there's no multiplayer.

I'm going to rent this game, I've been interested in it for a while. The movies make it look like a game I'd love to play, so I may end up buying it :D.

When my Ps3 busted up (he was playing on mine) I never replaced this game, or any I had (package deal). Its good for awhile but barely any replay value.

 

 

 

Good game, in a package deal, though unless you love doing the same thing over again the same way.

 

 

 

Overall its low on the purchase list, I'd recommend Assassin's Creed, or (exclusive-wise) Haze. Who doesn't want the chance to be a doped up super soldier, or a weapon stealing, ammo scavenging Rebel, able to easily cause ODs from a non-lethal grenade? And weapon-wise, its less complex.

Played the demo. Whilst it would be unfair to judge the entire game on that, it gives a good picture, and the reveiws for the game have been fairly negative.

Well, you're judging by reveiws and demos.

 

 

 

Right now there is a "standard".

 

 

 

Haze is fairly simple, and the visuals are good enough. Some lack of content (I.E maps), however its a very good game otherwise. Less weapons than alot so you get to know each weapons merits alot easier. Fairly simple to pick up and play, and good online.

Haze, not the best graphics, or the best story, but it's just damn good fun.

 

 

 

Even if you're on your own, you can play multiplayer with a load of AI bots, and rocket launchers are great fun :twisted:.

I actually liked the story.

 

 

 

It was a change from the linear shoot the Nazis/Terrorists. Plus the way it developed as you went through was good. The fact you played an invading force at the start, only to change sides and see what you couldn't see due to Nectar was good. Though I can say one bit of text which was particulary violent.

 

 

 

It was like an RPG style story in a FPS.

yea haze really wasn't that bad of a game, just compared to other shooters out it doesn't stand out

Completed the game about a week after i'd bought it and haven't picked it up since, graphics were amazing and so was the combat system, hope theres a sequel.
