Worth it using Ruby (e) on black dragons?

Featured Replies

I was thinking of ranging a couple of black dragons as I think about making new goals. (yes 85-90 defense goal in my signature but I decided to quit it for a couple of weeks)

So the question is : is it worth/efficient to use ruby (e) on black dragons?

I'm going to use diamond (e) do make it really fast to slay, I'm not really looking on a cheap method as faster kills mean more money.

So Diamond (e) only or Diamond (e) and Ruby (e)?

Just Diamonds are fine.

diamond are better because you keep losing hp with ruby and have to eat etc i'd suggest not use rubies on bosses

Well if you're fighting black dragons with range, you're most likely safespotting. So you will most likely will have a lot of free space, and have room to bring extra food to eat.

And black dragons aren't bosses <_<, and most people do use Ruby bolts on bosses.

You didn't, but I assumed that's what you meant when you mentioned bosses. It made sense since no one was talking about bosses and people actually do use them on bosses, I thought you were confused.

Even so, Diamond Bolts (e) are just less trouble to work with, and they hit fair amounts as well.

Yeah I agree. I was just saying that it's still effective to use Ruby's on Black Dragons. I never really said which was better :).

From what Iv heard with Ruby bolts, their special, they will drain a percentage of the HP, which can be alot :D So go with ruby.
