January 13, 200818 yr Train on Monkey Guards at Ape Atoll. You can turn off prayer at 16+ hp or something, and let them hit you. Or use the poison from the spider to damage you lower.

No chance of good drops but this is certainly alot cheaper as you dont use prayer pots. You can even ignore poting and just use the super strength and attack bonuses from your prayer. Very good spot if you have a realtively high prayer lvl as well. January 13, 200818 yr Fishing potions and the explosive from the digsite also do a ton of damage to you when dropped. (somewhere near 15ish)
