Since I don't think you're on the level of reacting to different types of DI, I don't think fighting level 1 coms (the only way to practice nonwifi) would help. LOL. I'm pondering if I should go to the SAGAfest in 6 days or not. I'm thinking no but I then think yes. I cant charge it very well yet though. I put my index finger on jump and my middle finger to replace my index on Z and I switch back after the hydroplane. Claw is where you put your Index finger on the A button, your thumb on the C-stick, your middle finger on the jump, and your ring finger on Z/R. M2K does it. *Attempts to do so* wtfhow?! Its easy as, just look it up and see how M2K has his right hand put on his controller. He's one of the only top Melee players to claw, which is why he is so speedy. Oh and claw = SHTL with Fox.
