June 12, 200818 yr I always lose!!! so i got two questions... 1) I recently found out about the 9999 hit Geno Whirl trick... does it work on the crystals? Because it worked on Exor's hilt.... 2) Whats the best way to defeat the crystals AND Culex? 91 FTW!
June 12, 200818 yr Haven't played this game for a long time...well lets see. I think I beat them using Mario, Toadstool, and Mallow. Basically, Mario used that Giant Shell to attack with, Toadstool healed every turn, and Mallow did his Magic. All I remember, too long ago  The Complete MTA Handbook | Runecrafting Pouch Analysis | Mobilizing Armies Locator Index
June 12, 200818 yr Author Blah... The party members kinda helps... but i need specific info :geek: 91 FTW!
June 13, 200818 yr Wow, that's one of the best oldies out there. If I remember correctly, there was this item that caused 200 damage to all enemies (Rare candy or something like that). Stock up on these before the battle. Try destroying the crystals first, then Culex himself. Multi-attacks will work best so you can weaken all of the crystals Toadstool is a must, and I'd choose Geno for his specials. Then, if he pwns you too much, simply train some more. This signature is intentionally left blank.
June 13, 200818 yr I beat Culex many times with Mario, Toadstool, and either Bowser or Geno. I had both lazy shells, and started off by using ultra jump, Geno flash, and Bowser Crush until 1 crystal was left. I had Mario attack Culex, and Bowser hit the crystal, and Toadstool would heal. Rock candies help a lot too.
June 13, 200818 yr Author TY everyone! i finally beat it today!!! Ownt him with Mario, Toadstool, and Bowser (Oldie Crew) 91 FTW!
June 13, 200818 yr Sorry, but what in all the Hells are you talking about? I've never heard of a Mario game like this. :? June 13, 200818 yr Sorry, but what in all the Hells are you talking about? I've never heard of a Mario game like this. :? Nintendo and Squaresoft teamed up to make "Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars" on the SNES. Like the title says, it's an RPG using characters and locations from the Mario world. The story starts off like usual, Princess gets kidnapped by Bowser, so Mario goes to save her. During the rescue, a large sword crashes through Bowser's castle, and everyone is blasted off somewhere in the world. With the bridge being destroyed, Mario goes off to find Princess Toadstool and eventually learns of the Star Pieces. The battle system is turn based style. You can see your enemies on the maps, so no random battles. In battle, each button is assigned to a command, attack, item, defend/run, and special attacks. You could influence the strength of attacks by pressing a button at the right time, or rotation to control pad. An example, one of the jump attacks that Mario has can be prolonged if you time to button presses. The game also had good graphics, they looked like they were 3D, but I'm not sure how they did it. That's pretty much the game in a nutshell, and how I remember it :P.
