Any c/c on it? Tried to keep it simple, tbh I dont like the top and bottom borders.

although its very simple i kind of like it. few things to fix, do:

 

 

 

- blend the render a bit more around the red (looks like a dress?)

 

- background is to 'bleh' it needs to be 'spiced up'

 

- and the red border on the left, make just a bit thinner, and add a 1 pix red to the right

Hmm.. Well, I'm on the fence about this one. On one hand, you have a pretty good center picture(background matches render, ect.). On the other hand, this picture is framed by a rather... unattractive border. I would suggest you simply remove the top and bottom borders.. The text needs work too.. (Fonts good, but the placement is just boring)

You're right about the border thing. The only part of the background that I'll spice up is really behind the render though.

Lol I dont have many I like so I sorta make my own. Ima download vectors though. Even though I took the solemn oath to not download.

As Chaz mentioned Sharpen, I think it would turn out pretty nice with that, I also suggest trying a high pass?(Overlay) Could look good. Pretty nice and basic signature in my opinion :).

Whats a high pass? I know what overlay is but.... :oops:

1. Apply the image.

 

2. Filter > Other > high pass

 

3. Set the layer to overlay

 

 

 

It looks good on some signatures, you might want to take a soft brush to erase some extreme parts when your done.

He uses Gimp. Gimp doesn't have that. :roll:

May I make a suggestion for text placement? You could have the world "beauty" written on the red ribbon like this-

I'm with Uno on this one, the text doesn't look fantastic switching colours like that. I like the font, though. And I'd suggest taking the borders right off, or maybe just slimming them down a little. They get in the way of the rest of the picture and draw too much attention.

 

 

 

Altogether, I really like it. Nicely minimalistic. Eight point five out of ten from me.

Oh my bad Thru :P. That text setup Unoalexi suggest would be pretty awesome.

Pretty nice, though I'd also suggest removing the top and bottom lines of the border. The chunky part on the left is quite good IMO. =P Maybe add some more different coloured vectors too.

Had it like that but the font looked weird.

I don't know what to really say about this. I'm divided. I like it but i don't....if you get my vibe. I think the whole render isn't really to my likening. The whole signature tries to pull off two things at once. Being simple and being explosive. And it isn't working. I honestly don't really know what to say apart from the colours and contrast works for the sig, not against it.

V2 is definitely a big improvement. No real CC from me. As Jopie said the vector brushes look very nice. And the colours look a lot better. Could do with a border and maybe a splatter brush somewhere?
