Gwasha
These stats: If so, what should I wear/use? Note: I'm not interested in slayer points.
All_Is_Great
With your stats, and counting the fact your not after points, you should burthorpe them.

Inuashakent
You can try, but it'd be pretty hard with those stats, or so I hear. Before the update, I know ranging was an effective method of killing them, but now with the Leaf sword, it would probably be best to melee. Try to get your hands on a leaf braded sword first though. Stack up on defence, but don't sacrifise too much offence for it. All-in-all, I would skip them, but the choice is yours. Umoria
I did them with lower stats, 70 strength, and 68 defence and attack, and I can say: burthope. They will hit constantly, not very hard 8 or something, but they hit often. Will take you lots of food. I burthoped them after 60 or so... "We had gay burglars the other night. Kinemas
I can't see what range level you have. Ranging them in the new slayer dungeon in Pollvineach is effective. There are lots of safespots. Just bring your Ava's Device and safespot them. It may take a while, but they drop some good herbs quite often. I'm almost certain you can make enough money back to pay for the broad arrows. But melee is a no go for you, sorry to say. The Ultimate Green Dragon GuideDon't hate me, just let me ride.Lord, just give me life.
cat666
Turoths were never a bad monster to fight, the issue was with the way you had to fight them. The Leaf Blade Sword I hear makes these a breeze. Trust the Gene Genie!
