folmer_veeman
i have 29 summoning and need 220 giant chinchompas to go to 46 summoning, which i want for the pyrelord so i can get 99 firemaking cheaper. But i only have 4 blue charms, what's the best charm dropper for me? (i have 237 gold charms but those give waay less xp so i'd rather not use 'em... if you have advice for other ways to train CHEAP AND QUICK please post it)
brunokiller
Actually firemaking with the pyrelord costs more But if you still want to train it, just go train slayer and use all the charms you get.Use gold first, then green, then crimson and blue as last. Don't train summoning with blues only, they're very rare. My blog
folmer_veeman
but training with gold charms takes over 5 times as long, and costs 5 times as much 2nds.. i want cheap
brunokiller
If you're being the cheapskate, don't train summoning #-o It is an expensive skill. If it is your lowest skill you might also want to get a few free levels at tears of guthix :| Oh and i can easily get 15 times as much gold charms than blues. Crimsons are the most effective so use those then. :P My blog

Seraphi
220 blue charms will take an awfully long time without gargoyles or spectres....
vleademir
I understand your point, but it's not researched enough or thought out well at all. Blue charms pretty much cannot be hunted for due to their rarity unless you have a lot more money for equipment, or are a much higher level. Try using this guide to train your summoning through slayer, this way your not bored, strewn from your goal, and can get it fairly quickly. viewtopic.php?f=113&t=744156
cat666
Blues are rare and there is no dropper of them regularly. Crimson are the best all round charms and the best monster for them is Waterfiends. Trust the Gene Genie!
joey11223
hmm training with a pyrelord does make firemaking a bit slower...
Deathmath
Fine. What I am going to say will hopefully stop the mudslinging. It is conceivable for you to kill standard slayer monsters that drop charms and after a long while you'll have enough blues. No specifics though and it will take so long that you could have made the money you lost due to using say crimsons in that period. Go on truthscape and then the general skill training guide. EDIT: I don't know about pyrelords Thoroughly retired, may still write now and again
