I don't know which building I will do yet :P but here is my test wall. I wanted to get you guy's opinions on it and here is exactly what I would like you to answer when giving CC on it... Do the color patterns match in line with the color pattern in the game? Does the wall look like the walls in the game? Like depth and stuff like that. I know this aren't the right colors but this is just a test wall as I said before. Here it is... VjuliusT Posted June 15, 2008 Share Posted June 15, 2008 I think it's too perfect, I think you should add some scratches and possibly multiple rock shapes so it doesn't look like a perfect wall. It probably look like that in game, haven't been on for a while so I can't remember. It's a really good model just a bit "too" perfect (IMO), Good job. In general though the colors stay the same on all the stuff in the selected city. I know it would be perfect in this day and age, but medievil?!?!? Keep trying though, add a bit of wear and tear and it'll come out looking really good :D Nice colours as well. You're probably trying to copy runescapes style, which I understand, but there isn't much work done into it right now. I'm assuming it's a 3D model? Moonshadow Posted June 16, 2008 Share Posted June 16, 2008 It's OK, but it seems to me that it's made out of metal rather than stone. Try making it look more rocky. Maybe less flat too.
