June 17, 200818 yr Looks nice, but may i ask why you've chosen an nvidia 780i motherboard? Do you plan on running sli? 'Cause otherwise i'd choose a better video card. And you seem to have forgotten the psu (or maybe you have one that you'll use?). I'd recommend probably something like 450-600, depending on what you plan to do with it. J'adore aussi le sexe et les snuff moviesJe trouve que ce sont des purs moments de vieJe ne me reconnais plus dans les gensJe suis juste un cas désespérantEt comme personne ne viendra me réclamerJe terminerai comme un objet retrouvé

Just haven't picked a PSU out yet. SLI in the future, the motherboard is for expandability.
June 17, 200818 yr Personally I would go with this motherboard. eVGA are better then XFX IMO. this graphics card (same model) is running at higher stock speeds and is cheaper. [hide=Drops]Dragon Axe x11Berserker Ring x9Warrior Ring x8SeercullDragon MedDragon Boots x4 - all less then 30 kcGodsword Shard (bandos)Granite Maul x 3Solo only - doesn't include barrows[/hide][hide=Stats][/hide]
June 17, 200818 yr Are you running raid 1 or raid 0? If not i would get a 10,000RPM boot drive run it quick.
June 17, 200818 yr Author Are you running raid 1 or raid 0? If not i would get a 10,000RPM boot drive run it quick. I'm not paying a premium for a 10k rpm at a smaller size. Storage capacity is more important to me. Personally I would go with this motherboard. eVGA are better then XFX IMO. this graphics card (same model) is running at higher stock speeds and is cheaper. I'll switch out the Mobo. with the one you linked me to, I didn't see that eVGA one. I think i'll stick with the video card I have chosen.
June 17, 200818 yr I'm assuming you're getting the quad because you're multi tasking a lot, right LP? If not I would recommend an E8400. Since most games (IIRC) aren't benefiting from quad core yet this would be a great alternative and probably faster except in major multi-tasking situations. If you could IMO I would wait for the new 4k series from ATI or the Nvida equivalent to come out, especially if you aren't buying this right away. The CPU cooler I can vouch for, incredible for the money. I went from a 1.8ghz stock to a 2.7ghz OC @ 50C full load. Could probably lower it to 45C or so with better fans in my case. I think with the E8400 you could clock it @ 3.8-4ghz easy. Everything else looks good.

June 21, 200818 yr Wow... I myself might actually get that fan you're gonna get. Other than that, everything on the comp looks good. I was going to eat hot dogs for dinner tonight. I think I will settle for cereal. OPEN WIDE HERE COMES THE HELICOPTER.
June 21, 200818 yr Did you read the one review for that monitor? Cons Left side of screen is brighter than right side. Left side of screen has pink tone. Out of box color calibration is terrible. Red is just off the charts. Input lag is terrible. Additional Thoughts I wanted to like this monitor but I just can't. The cons are just too glaring. The lack of brighness uniformity, pink color, and the input lag are deal breakers for me. I adjusted the color just fine, but it should come pre-calibrated for the cost of an UltraSharp display. I'm returning it today and I may revisit this monitor after an A01 revision is released. If you are a gamer or image professional I would avoid this monitor. Check the Dell community postings and see for yourself That seems a little fishy...?

Im not going to take the opinion of one anonymous naysayer. Its also one of the highest rated on CNET, and that is a very trusty site.
